At Bakes by Parisa, I create cakes that are unique to you and your event.
I kindly ask all my clients to give me as much detail as possible when first contacting me either via email or via the contact form. This helps me gauge the style of your dream cake. You can email me details such as venue photos, decors, dresses, invitations, mood boards, colors and so much more.
When it comes to creating a custom cake, anything can serve as inspiration!
Let’s get down to designing your dream cake - Once I receive all your details, I will use them to make a few initial sketches and schedule a tasting and consultation with you. During this time, we will be discussing and finalizing your centerpiece cake together while you taste some delicious cakes that are made freshly for you.
*During the pandemic, the tasting is split into an online consultation and a tasting box pick up.

reserving your dream cake
After the tasting and consultation, I will finalize the sketches and send you a cake proposal. I ask that you reserve your cake by making a 50% deposit. Without the deposit, the date cannot be held for your event.
Tastings are $180. If you book with me first, tastings are complimentary.
I take a lot of care in the safe delivery and setup of your cake. Delivery charges are a minimum of $100 but calculated based on the overall distance to the venue and the set up process.
I take studio worthy photos of each custom cake before delivery. This helps put focus on your special cake and highlight the beautiful details that go into it. You are welcome to request these complimentary photos from me at any time.
I hope to make your anniversary(ies) special by creating a small token of your original cake.

after your wedding
An entremet serves ~ ten to twelve guests. Each mirror glaze cake or chocolate velvet cake is unique by itself. Please allow a week’s time to prepare such cakes when you place your order. I will of course take into consideration any color themes you might have.
